Recruitment Process
NCM typically recruits twice each year (first cycle is in the fall and second is in either winter or spring).
We host information sessions before each cycle to inform candidates about what to expect throughout the process.
The first step is an online application, where you submit your resume and answer a few essays (which includes a written stock pitch on a company of your choice).
Post the application, there are 3 invite-only interviews, with the structure as follows:
Round 1: three-minute verbal stock pitch of your choice followed by 10-12 minutes of Q&A
Round 2: behavioral interview with a focus on your background and interests
Round 3: a mix of behaviorals, market knowledge, and business/investing acumen culminating into a final round
NCM does not require any prior knowledge for the recruiting process, and we highly encourage everyone to apply.
